Shipping policy

We are currently hand-delivering to New York City Metropolitan area ONLY: Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and The Bronx.

Please be advised: WE DO NOT deliver outside New York City. If you have a special request for an event or a large order in Staten Island or in a different city, feel free to contact us at info@terrartnyc.com and your case will be assessed.

We offer hand delivery services every day. Orders received after 11 am will be processed the next business day. Delivery restrictions may apply during holidays. Allow 4 business days after your order is confirmed to receive an order. We will contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure someone is home or at the office to collect them.

All of our terrariums are hand-delivered by our team members to ensure they arrive safely and securely. We don’t use carriers or third-party services to transport our products given its fragility and natural condition.
